How to calm those Radishes - Recipe!

Roasted Radishes Recipe for Salads


This recipe helps cut the harshness of the radishes and who doesn't love roasted garlic and oil on their veggies? Great for topping many dishes but we recommend putting this on top of a fresh garden salad or an Italian dressing based pasta salad.

Prepping Time: 10 min Cooking Time: 15 min


Ingredients:

  • Sliced thin Radishes

  • Garlic clove / Garlic chive / or Garlic Powder

  • Olive Oil to coat

  • Salt & Pepper


Directions:

  1. Toss the sliced radish in the oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and put in oven safe pan (e.g. pyrex)

  2. Bake for 15mins at 350F

  3. Eat hot or serve cool on top of salad. As provided at the Westminster, MA Farmer's Market:
